You can return products purchased from Yuva Today within a 7-day return/exchange period, except for non-returnable items.

How to Return or Exchange a Product

• To create a return/exchange request, call 9974714565 or WhatsApp on the same number with your Name and Order ID. Our team will guide you further.
• Keep the item ready for pickup.
• We offer pickup facilities in most locations based on courier serviceability.
• If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you can self-ship the product. Contact us at 9974714565 for details.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
• We cannot accept items with odors, stains, damage, or signs of wear and tear. Such returns will be rejected and sent back.
• If exchanging for a different size, clearly mention the required size in the space provided on the return/exchange form.

Faulty or Defective Items

• If you believe your item is faulty, contact customer service at 9974714565 with a description of the fault and photos.
• It may not always be necessary to return faulty products; we will evaluate each case individually.
• Claims for faulty goods must be made within the 7-day period. After this, issues are considered normal wear and tear.

Important Return Conditions

• The return parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
• Once we receive and process your return, you will be informed about the action taken.
• Exchanges are shipped using standard delivery (not express).
• Exchanges can only be made up to the original value of the purchase.
• Return processing may take 5–7 working days.

Customized Products

Customized goods are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

Stock Availability & Refunds

We reserve the right to return items to you if they do not meet the policy conditions and will return them in the same condition received.

In situations where an exchange product is out of stock, Yuva Today may issue a refund or a store credit equal to the original product value.
