Terms & Conditions of Sale

1.GENERAL PROVISIONS

Yuva Today, a company registered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India with registered office at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India (“Yuva Today”),
sells products from the collections identified by the Yuva Today trademark directly to its customers on this site
www.yuvatoday.in (the “Site”). The sale of products on the Site is subject to these
terms and conditions of sale (the “Conditions of Sale”).

2.CONSUMER INFORMATION

1. 2.1. The Products present on the Site are offered for sale only to consumers (“Customer(s)” or “You”).
   “Customer” means any natural person making purchases for purposes outside his/her trade, business, craft or profession.
   Products on the Site may be purchased only by persons aged 15 years and over having reached the age of majority.
   Products sold on the Site may be purchased and shipped only within India.
2. 2.2. Before confirming and submitting a purchase order, the Customer shall read carefully and accept
   these Conditions of Sale. These Conditions of Sale together with the Privacy Policy govern the contract between the
   Customer and Yuva Today for the sale of Products on the Site.
3. 2.3. By submitting a purchase order, the Customer accepts and undertakes to observe these Conditions of Sale.
   If the Customer does not accept any of these Conditions of Sale, they should not submit a purchase order on the Site.

3.ORDER PROCEDURE AND ACCEPTANCE

1. 3.1. To purchase Products, the Customer must select Products, size and colour (variations). Selected Products will
   be added to the Shopping Bag. To save items in the Shopping Bag for later, the Customer must create and log in to an online account.
2. 3.2. The Customer may modify order information until the order is confirmed. Once the order has been sent or shipped,
   changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
3. 3.3. The sale procedure is complete when the Customer sends the purchase order by clicking the “Buy Now” button on the
   confirmation page. To send the order, the Customer must provide personal data (name, address, e-mail, payment information) and accept
   these Conditions of Sale. We recommend reviewing product info, shipping costs, right of withdrawal (see section 7), warranty and
   Privacy Policy before placing the order.
4. 3.4. After the order is sent, Yuva Today will send an e-mail confirming receipt and processing of the order (“Order Confirmation”).
   Customers may access orders in “My account” (if registered) or contact Customer Service at hello.yuvatoday@gmail.com.

   Note: Order Confirmation does not constitute acceptance. Yuva Today accepts the order and debits the payment card only once Products have been shipped.
   For bank transfer payments, the order is processed once the wire transfer is received. Customers have 7 days to pay by wire transfer, otherwise the order will be cancelled.
   After acceptance and shipment, a “Shipping Confirmation” will be sent.

5. 3.5. Yuva Today reserves the right to refuse orders that do not meet purchase requirements, orders from persons with ongoing legal disputes
   regarding prior orders, merchant/distributor orders, or for any other legitimate reason, without obligation to provide a reason.
6. 3.6. Every Product offered on the Site includes an image, unit price, available colours and sizes. Images are for information only
   and actual colours may vary due to monitor/browser differences or technical reasons. Yuva Today will not be liable for minor graphical/color variations.

4.AVAILABILITY

1. 4.1. Yuva Today endeavours to guarantee availability of Products offered on the Site. However, in exceptional cases Products may be unavailable.
   Customers are invited to check availability at time of purchase by contacting Customer Service at
   hello.yuvatoday@gmail.com.
2. 4.2. If Products ordered are temporarily unavailable (excluding pre-orders and limited availability items),
   Yuva Today will inform the Customer via SMS/e-mail by the business day following the order date. The Customer’s card will not be debited if Products are unavailable.
   If already debited, a refund will be issued to the card within 14 days. Bank credit timings depend on the customer’s bank.
3. 4.3. Customers will be notified when pre-orders or limited-availability orders are sent. If availability times are extended,
   Customers will be informed if availability is delayed by more than two weeks beyond the date indicated at order.

5.PRICES AND PAYMENT

1. 5.1. Prices of Products are expressed in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹) for sales in India.
2. 5.2. Product prices may/may not include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately and depend on destination and delivery method.
   Shipping and any applicable taxes are displayed on the payment page.
3. 5.3. Yuva Today accepts payment by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and Bank transfer.
4. 5.4. For card and digital payments, Products will be sent following verification of card data and receipt of debit authorisation from the bank.
   Verification may take up to 24 hours or longer in exceptional cases. The card will be debited only once Products have been shipped.
   For Bank Transfer payments, details will be sent; you have 7 days to pay; otherwise the order will be cancelled. Orders are processed after payment receipt.

6.DELIVERY

1. 6.1. Products will be sent to the delivery address provided during purchase.
2. 6.2. After Shipping Confirmation, purchases are delivered Monday–Saturday (excluding public holidays) by the courier chosen by Yuva Today
   (DHL, Ekart, Fedex, Delhivery, E-com Express, GATI, Xpressbees, Bluedart, Shadowfax, Professional, Wow Express or other available couriers) based on availability.
   Sunday delivery may be available depending on courier and will be indicated at the time of offer.
3. 6.3. Standard delivery is typically within five to seven business days from Shipping Confirmation, depending on delivery address and chosen delivery method.
   Yuva Today is not liable for delays caused by the courier. For card payments, Yuva Today may confirm customer details with the card issuer; such checks usually complete within 24 hours.
4. 6.4. If Products are not received within 7–10 business days from Shipping Confirmation, contact Yuva Today at
   +91-8732980565 or hello.yuvatoday@gmail.com.
5. 6.5. Pre-ordered articles will be shipped as soon as available (as indicated at order). A Shipping Confirmation e-mail will be sent on dispatch.

7.RIGHTS OF WITHDRAWAL

1. 7.1. Customers may withdraw from their purchase contract within 7 business days of receipt of the Products, with or without penalty
   and for any reason. Withdrawal does not grant the right to exchange purchased Products for other Products.
2. 7.2. To exercise withdrawal, Customers must inform Yuva Today at +918732980565 or
   hello.yuvatoday@gmail.com. Returned Products must be in original “like new” condition and sent to the Yuva Today Returns Centre.
   Returns to sales points will not be accepted.
3. 7.3. Refunds are granted provided Products are unused, unwashed, in original condition with tags, all parts/accessories and original packaging.
   If returning all Products from a single order, they must be returned in the same shipment.
4. 7.4. Yuva Today reserves the right to inspect returned Products and return to the Customer any Products that do not meet the conditions in 7.3.
5. 7.5. A full refund will be made to the payment card or bank account used for the purchase as soon as possible and, in any case, within 7 days of Yuva Today confirming receipt of returned Products,
   provided conditions in 7.3 are met. If the Customer requested a more expensive return shipping method, Yuva Today will refund only up to the cost of the least costly standard method.
6. 7.6. If returned Products were purchased as a gift, refund will be made to the paying person.
7. 7.7. To return Products using the Courier, the Customer must affix the return shipping label provided, include commercial documents inside the package, and retain the courier’s signed receipt as proof of return.
   Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
8. 7.8. If the Customer chooses not to use the Courier, Yuva Today recommends insuring the full value of the returned Product and retaining the shipping receipt and tracking number.
   Yuva Today is not liable for returns not received due to loss, theft or damage when returned by the Customer’s chosen method.

8.MODIFICATIONS AND CORRECTIONS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. 8.1. Yuva Today may modify or correct these Conditions of Sale, Privacy Policy, Information on Right of Withdrawal,
   listed Products and Prices at any time without prior notice. Customers should review Conditions of Sale and Privacy Policy before purchasing.
2. 8.2. Yuva Today strives for accurate Product information but Errors (e.g., description, price, promotions, availability) may occur.
   Yuva Today reserves the right to correct Errors, update information, delete erroneous sales and cancel orders at any time prior to shipping.
3. 8.3. If an order is cancelled due to an Error and the Customer’s card was debited, the Customer will be informed within 24 hours and refunded within 7 days.
4. 8.4. Modifications apply only to orders placed after the modification date.

9.ORDER CONFORMITY

1. 9.1. The Customer must check Products at delivery to ensure they match the order.
2. 9.2. Any delivery anomalies (damage, tampered packaging, missing items, defects, non-compliance) should be reported to Yuva Today Customer Service.

10.YUVA TODAY LIABILITY

1. 10.1. Products are sold “based on availability”. Yuva Today gives no warranty, condition or commitment beyond the Product description included in the purchase order,
   except as required by applicable law.
2. 10.2. Yuva Today shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from:
   • The Customer’s use or inability to use the Site;
   • The Customer’s trust in Site information;
   • Errors, interruptions, cancellations, corruption, viruses, transmission delays, communication failures, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to Yuva Today data, programs or services.
3. 10.3. Nothing in these Conditions shall exclude or limit Yuva Today’s liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence,
   breach of consumer protection obligations, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11.APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURT

1. 11.1. These Conditions of Sale are governed by Indian law.
   Any disputes regarding interpretation or performance will be submitted to the court of the place where the Customer (as consumer) resides.
2. 11.2. If any provision is held invalid, null or unenforceable, that provision shall be severable and shall not affect the validity of other provisions.
