At Yuva Today, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return by following the guidelines below:

Customers can initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving the order.

All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.
We reserve the right to reject returns if the product appears to be used, washed, damaged, or soiled.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please email clear images of the issue to hello.yuvatoday@gmail.com Our support team will review the case and assist you accordingly.

Reverse Pick-up & Shipping

We offer a reverse pick-up facility for most serviceable pin codes.
For locations where reverse pick-up is not available, customers will be required to ship the product to the address shared by our support team.
No charges will be collected at the time of pick-up.
⚠️ Please do not pay if the pick-up executive asks for money.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method used while placing the order.

Exchange Policy

To ensure faster delivery and better availability, Yuva Today does not follow a traditional exchange process.

If you wish to replace a product:

Please initiate a return request for the original product from your account.
After the returned item is received, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Meanwhile, place a new order for the preferred product, size, or color.

This approach helps you receive the replacement product without waiting for the return process to be completed.
