Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and with original tags & packaging intact.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, simply contact our support team with clear photos and we will assist you quickly.

For most locations, reverse pick-up is available. If pick-up is not available in your area, our support team will guide you with the return shipping process.
⚠️ No payment is required during pick-up.

Once the returned product passes inspection, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

For size or design changes, simply return the original product and place a new order for the preferred item.
